“I hate parenting!!”

I’m sure this has crossed your mind more than you’d like to admit. You know what? It’s ok! Just because we hate parenting doesn’t mean we hate our kids. Parenting is work, so much involved- time, energy, mental and physical momentum, it’s hard.

You may say this to your friend or family member and they say, “yeah, but it’s all worth it though.” And you can’t seem to think, “I can’t wait until this stage is done, I’m not going to miss it.” Then the guilt comes, then the anger, then the disconnection with yourself and your child.

Trust me, we’ve all been there.

There’s good news! You are able to move past this and actually find joy in parenting where you really love being a parent again and be the parent you always thought you’d be. You can reconnect with your child so that you have a better understanding of what they are wanting, needing and why they are behaving the way they are. It’s not because they hate you. 🙂

You are able to be a parent but also have time to take care of yourself, it seems like a long lost dream, but it is very possible. You are able to lessen tantrums, back talk, sibling rivalry, get your kids to listen, and find cooperation in the house . Parenting doesn’t have to suck!

In this workshop we will go over actinal and practical tools to help with calming the chaos in the house, and how to bring some more peace in the house so that you will be able to peacefully navigate the ups and downs that come with parenting and have the ability to bring your best self to your kids.

You will get a FREE tool that I use with my clients that have been helping them with getting their kids to listen to them, decreased/stop yelling, and a lot less stress, resulting in a happier home, more time and energy for fun, more time for self-care, building trust, connection, and more cooperation in the house.
